Mackenzie
get to know us
Mackenzie is the founder and lead adventurer behind Wild Support. Having grown up in Warrnambool, he knows the local coastline, bush tracks and beaches like the back of his hand. With a strong background in NDIS and education supports, Mackenzie created Wild Support to swap clinical rooms for open skies and sandy shores, and the results speak for themselves.
Passionate about person-centred practice and meaningful connection, he supports participants to build confidence, skills and independence - all while embracing a little adventure along the way.
Sierra
Sierra brings a warm, grounded presence to Wild Support, with a background in both childcare and hospitality. Her experience working closely with children and families has shaped her calm, attentive and adaptable approach to support work.
Having grown up travelling the world, Sierra developed a deep love for the outdoors, spending countless hours camping, hiking and kayaking. She believes nature creates space for confidence, connection and growth, and she brings that adventurous spirit into every support she provides.
